American Leader: Ryan Hunter-Reay hopes to represent the USA with a victory this 4th of July weekend in Cleveland. He leads his fellow American drivers Jimmy Vasser and AJ Allmendinger in the Champ Car World Series points standings.

Pit Stop: Champ Cars' exclusive tire supplier and presenting sponsor Bridgestone will be hosting the Bridgestone Presents Champ Car Night in Cleveland's historic warehouse district on Wednesday, June 30th, from 5:00 -10:00 p.m. on West 6th Street between St. Clair and Lakeside. Ryan Hunter-Reay will be on hand from 6:00 – 8:00 to sign autographs. Fans and the media can test their coordination by changing a tire on one of the Herdez Competition Lolas, which will be at the street party throughout the evening.

Ryan on Cleveland: "I am looking forward to going back to Cleveland where I have had much success. Last year as a Rookie, I finished top Reynard and then pole to victory in there in 2002 in Atlantics. Cleveland is a track where it is all about nailing the set-up and I am confident the team is on top of it. I can think of nothing better than winning on the 4th of July weekend. Cleveland is like a track out of a video game, it has the most notorious first corner on our schedule, and it also has a good mix of high speed and low speed corners with lots of room to pass. It is a great race every year and I expect this year to be just as good."
